Whether you live local to our facility or not you can have access to our coaching services. Packages are available for in-person one-on-one sessions, diet/training programs, and online individualized coaching.
All packages are extremely comprehensive and highly individualized. Online Coaching includes programming for both training and nutrition, with weekly check-ins with adjustments made to the plan as needed. All bases are covered and you'll receive continued guidance and support to ensure you have everything you need to reach your goals!

Training and Nutrition Coaching
Custom weight training plan based on your goals, weak areas, injuries, and recovery ability. Plus customized nutrition, cardio and supplements plan based on your current condition and goals. Unlimited support via email and weekly check-ins to assess progress and make changes as needed.
$120 PER MONTH, OR $600 FOR 6 MONTHS
Nutrition Coaching (NO TRAINING)
Customized nutrition, cardio and supplements plan based on your current condition and goals. Unlimited support via email and weekly check-ins to assess progress and make changes as needed.
Weight Training Only
Includes custom weight training plan and weekly communication for plan effectiveness and tweaks for 12 weeks (training plan is meant to be used longer than 12 weeks)
1-ON-1 PERSONAL TRAINING
$35 PER 1 HOUR SESSION
Membership required, or $10 day pass
You will be guided through an entire workout session. Specific focus will be on teaching proper form and execution to reduce injury and increase workout effectiveness, how to maximize tension of the target muscle, and the intensity required to see continued progress
