COACHING SERVICES
Whether you live local to our facility or not you can have access to our coaching services. Packages are available for in-person one-on-one sessions, diet/training programs, and online individualized coaching.
All packages are extremely comprehensive and highly individualized. Online Coaching includes programming for both training and nutrition, with weekly check-ins with adjustments made to the plan as needed. All bases are covered and you'll receive continued guidance and support to ensure you have everything you need to reach your goals!

TRAINING & DIET PLANS

Training Plan
A training program will be individualized to you based on your experience, equipment available, schedule, goals, weaknesses etc.
All aspects of the training program are explained in detail including how to perform the movements, approach warm-ups, etc. to ensure optimal progress.

Diet Plan
A diet plan written to your goals, whether that is to maximize muscle gain or dropping bodyfat. The plan will take into account your likes and structured to your schedule

Check-Ins
Check-ins can be used within 3 months of the initial plan where alterations can be made to continue progress.
Check-ins are not often needed for training plans as they can be run for longer periods of time, but they are available. Check-ins are often needed for diet plans as you progress and energy demands change.
1-ON-1 PERSONAL TRAINING
$50 PER 60-MINUTE SESSION
In-Person Personal Training
You will be guided through an entire workout session which may include warm-up, mobility work, and strength training.
Specific focus will be on teaching the trainee proper form and execution to reduce injury and increase workout effectiveness
Thorough explanation will be given on WHY things are being done a particular way, making the session a learning experience for the trainee
